me and my husband went to conns on 2/1/14 to purchase something to help his credit we bought an xbox and explain to them i got paid and ask since we bought it on 1 if that would be ok wade callan said it would be fine i decided to pay it off in 6 month to get my pay option which i did was to be paid off in aug which i made my alsr payment on the 14 of aug 2014 that i had great servce so went back on the 22 of august and me and my husband purchase labtops we i went to make my payment i notice my other acct still had a balance on it so i called customer service on 9/9/2014 was told i over paid and would just put the bal on laptops i said great i waited until the 24th of sept and called again was told by brian from customer service a had a bal of $2.01 which i didnt understand i paid what was on the website amount wasnt getting anywere with him so decided to make payent gave my card which the charge me $3.50 to make payment waited was told had to wait 72 hours to see if the would reinstate my cash option waited until the 29th and was told payment was never made spoke to daniele so i made it again had to wake another 72 hrs called on 10/02/14 said it was denied for cash option because it wasnt paid on the 19th when i called on the 9th i should of been told that instead of telling me i had a credit spoke to latoya fron credit customer service was told she would try again she was the only one i spoke to that was nice about it i have to wait another 72 hrs said tried to call husbands number no answer they had my email or they could of wrote and told us but one call and that was it after my laptops are paid off ill make sure to tell everyone i know what conns is like and they are liars im sure my spelling is off today im so upsetif i would have known this i would never of went back and got the laptops i would of went to aarons
