    This is my first and LAST time I have anything delivered from Conns the delivery driver not only wants to call me last minute and tell me he's about to arrive at my apartment but was rude as well. They told me numerous times I would get a call 30 minutes in advance from the delivery guy before he arrives they want to call me and tell me their 5 minutes away. Really?     I had to finance a refrigerator through Conn%u2019s, then a few months later I lost my job. I had been unemployed for more than a year and still found some way to pay the Conn%u2019s bill. When all of my savings dried up ran out and I am no longer able to pay the automated phones calls start the day after the due date even though in writing the person has a 7 day grace period before you start to accrue late fees.     We purchased nearly 4k worth of furniture on Friday Dec 20th 2013. While in the transaction period the sales rep that was assisting my husband & I asked three times if we wanted to cancel b/c we asked questions.     I was shopping online for a new dishwasher and applied for the credit card, once I was finished with that it stated that someone would be calling me to finish the process. NEVER got a phone call. I then proceeded to call customer service for help on finding a store near me that had the dishwasher in stock for pick up (since it didnt have a search option on their website to search stores within 50 miles of me) and EVERY single time I called they transferred me and then hung up.     I will never give Conn's my business again. I guess they will always have the same "policy's and procedures" for everyone with no exceptions. I have bought appliances from them for 15 years because of the location to my house. I pay cash, hope they will do the right thing - like be nice and considerate - but it has Never happened.     My 85 year old WWII veteran father and 82 wheelchair bound mother purchased an air-conditioner from Conn's in May 2010. They also purchased the service contract.     We went to Conn’s and looked for a portable AC. One of the sales told us that it will make very little noise and when she showed us the AC, it was on fan. So we bought it for $499 and brought it home.     I bought a samsung entertainment center 10/23/08 I live out of town so I have to make a 60 mile trip one way. I have had to bring it in to be serviced twice. This time I brought it in on 11/5/10 they told me it would be worked on the next day.     We brought a brand new out the box, 60" Sony Full HD 1080 from Conn's in 2006. Every year for 4 years, the lamp goes out and the TV stops working. This is a on-going problem that has not been resolved by Conn's. Conn's representative told us, this TV was a great buy, better than Plasma TV. We don't know.     Placed an order on Friday 12:51 pm for an overnight shipment. The order finally shipped on Monday ground. It delayed a test that our company was performing. I have asked for credit for the shipment only. So far the customer service has been terrible. I have had to make multiple calls to check on the shipment and resolve the credit to my card.     A pair of washer and dryer were purchased through conn's about a year ago and already has broken down about four times as of 12-21-09.     On Sept. 16 my husband called to Conns to see if someone could come and fix our "new" dryer. Two days later, no one showed up so I called and spoke with Art. He was so sarcastic and so unprofessional. Conn's motto is customer service satisfaction. This is so wrong.     If delivery appointments have to be changed, please let the customer know you are coming on a different date and time. When you send a repairman to the house, let him bring some parts with him on the first visit. Make the folks taking the repair call communicate all that the customer tells them to the serviceman so he may be able to fix the problem on the first call and not 3 months later.     We have a Toshiba 60" less then 8 months old just quit playing.Made the call to Conns service and it was just terrible from then on.First it was a 5 week schedule to come out and still is.But we tried to talk to more humaine and technical people but got the same run around.It always wound up with tele marketing type people who would just laugh about our discontent.     We bought a brand new Mitsubishi 65" TV the last week of September 2008. We had it 2 weeks and the remote died. It took 3 weeks to get a new one. After only 2 months the TV quit working.     There were several mistakes made by Conn's with my purchase of a new fridge. Mistakes happen, but when Conn's makes them, they do not fix them. I have gotten the 'run around' for a month trying to fix their mistakes - no one takes ownership, their payment systems have conflicting information, they are rude, hang up on you and do not come through on their promises. I bought a washer and a dryer from Conn's on sept.1,2014 because they said they had next-day delivery.It is now sept.22,2014 and they still have'nt delivered.All we have gotten is one excuse after another!On the 20th,the store manager said he would contact the corporate offices.I am bracing for another round of passing-the-buck.I would pray for Divine intervention but I suspect it would'nt help in this case.

I went into the store a few months ago for their grand opening and a Mexican woman assisted me with my paperwork and I think she may have put more income down on my part then what I said just so I could qualify..So I was approved for $4000 and I didn't want to use that full amount so I decided to get one thing I needed which was a laptop and I couldn't pick up their display and wasn't aware that it didn't have a disk player and it was the most expensive laptop there..so then I thought about adding a $700 flat screen with the 3D...so with that it was much less than $4000...she purposely added their warranty to use up the full $4000...Not understanding her accent I was completely ripped off and I REGRET paying so much each month for these shitty products that I shouldn't have gotten in the first place...I really regret working with people who only want their commission and SCREW YOU OVER! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased from Conn's a 50" plasma Samsung television and their most expensive wall bracket. Conn's confirmed that the cost to have my plasma mounted would be $299 after delivery for which I was charged. Conn's now wants to charge me $69 AGAIN for delivery in addition to the $299 installation fee. My purchase was a complete waste, as they are still sitting in the manufacturers’ boxes. I even had my home wired for the mounting. Conn's has no ethics. Service is terrible. Manager Elias Contreras at Conn's (6888 Gulf Fwy, Hou. TX) says there is nothing he can do - a poor excuse. I have recently purchased a new home and have a need for many appliances. I will never use Conn's (at any location) ever again. Manager Elias Contreras stated it was a misrepresentation by Conn's. To date, they refuse to honor their agreement and are only concerned with their commission.
