I moved to Texas in 2006, someone told me about Conns so I went there great deals. Anyway it is now 2010 just shy of 3 1/2 years of my first purchase from Conn's. I purchased on my first round with Conn's 62inch TV, front load washer and dryer with stands,& Frig.(all in cash) Well my TV is not working after 3 1/2 years which I think is ridiculous. I have 3 TV's in my home that has worked well over 10 years with no problem and now that I have up graded to a well over 2000.00 dollar TV it does not work. I did not purchase a warranty they advised me so the can't help me. Needless to say I since then purchased a Samsung 50 inch TV, freezer, Wii bundle, Xbox bundle, Stero, CamCorder, D.S. Bundle. Just to name a few. This is well over $1000.00. So just because i did not get the warranty they feel as if they should not help me and I feel since I have been loyal to ONLY them they should in turn do something to help me. Once they get your money they turn there backs on you. I hate feeling like I got taken advantage of. When I hot this TV they said DLP was Better than LCD and now all I hear about is LCD. I feel like they were trying to get rid of there junk models and I was there sucker. I don't know the difference between LCD / DLP but i do know when someone is telling me to kiss there butt we got yo money. I would never refer another soul to Conn's because I would not want anyone to feel the way I feel now. All thery say to me is YOU DID NOT BUY THER WARRANTY. I know that I called and I was already advised that I don't need every Rep /so called manager to tell me that. The recording say great CUSTOMER SERVICE I know now that, that only apply in the store when they are trying to sell you something. I am SO HURT buyers beware and make sure you have that so called warranty but from what I've read that sometimes don't matter either.
