Conns worst customer service and their return policy is a joke...... - sony sound bar and subwoofer
Close to a month ago i purchased a sony sound bar at conns and got approved for their credit with 20 per cent down, I didn't like the sound bar that much it wasn't what i wanted so i returned it to the store. They didn't even look at it to see it was fine and told me i had to pay a 129 dollar restocking fee without even explaining to me why i did. The manager was rude and made me pay that fee which i thought was unfair when the item was brought back in new condition. I will NEVER shop at conns again they a conn artists that make their money off unfair restocking fees that i felt did not apply to what i took back and it clearly said refund or exchange if item is brought back with all original equipment. I will shop at best buy from now on.

0 If you had to put 20% down its because you have horrible credit and no one else... especially Best Buy will finance you. So maybe if u get your money up u can shop at best buy but until then conns will see u again. You don't have many options you grasshopper so think again.
