Dallas Delivery - LG Washer and Dryer

This is my first and LAST time I have anything delivered from Conns the delivery driver not only wants to call me last minute and tell me he's about to arrive at my apartment but was rude as well. They told me numerous times I would get a call 30 minutes in advance from the delivery guy before he arrives they want to call me and tell me their 5 minutes away. Really? He had a horrible attitude and told me he wasn't going to bother and wait for me to arrive Conns Dallas Warehouse is ridiculous they never bothered to apologize or ask to reschedule my delivery.
